2 months and still no phone

Hey,

I took my phone in for repairs on the 18 February (Yes 2 months ago) and I still don't have it back. I complained on Hello Peter and Jason from head office called me last week Tuesday he said that I would have a phone this week. I called yesterday - someone was going to phone me back (They never did). So I called again today and got told that I would have a phone next week!

What is going on?? I got told you were moving... Longest move ever! Or did you lose all the phones?

I am going to the Gateway branch at lunch time to fetch a phone. I hope it's there!
