PHONE SENT FOR REPAIRS 2 MONTHS AGO, NOT REPAIRED

I handed in my phone for repairs at the abovementioned branch on 20 October 2013. I received no response, until I went to the branch on 20 November 2013, only to find out my phone has been returned to the branch, unrepaired, as it has been sent to the wrong service provider. The branch told me I would get a better service to take my phone directly to Head Office in Midrand, whereafter I followed their advice.

Head Office told me my phone would be repaired by 13 December 2013. Today, 19 December 2013, almost 2 (two) months later, still my pone is not ready! I am highly dissappointed in this service. I have paid 2 (two) months instalments without a phone...

I now URGENTLY require some assistance in getting my phone back!!!
