Long story short- received my Samsung Galaxy S3 in Oct had problems in Dec with WiFi. Feb no more WiFi. Handed phone in 18 Feb was first told it would be replaced then that it would be repaired. After 3 weeks inquired at Head Office was told branch only send phone in 28 Feb. After being told by East Rand Mall branch that I didn't tell them it was under 6 months which they should see on their system & that I must just wait. After numerous calls to Head Office with no reply I laid 2 complaints after which I demanded a new phone & was told by Head Office I will have new phone by the 22March. I phoned the branch 18th as 21 is public holiday & I had so much confidence in them, I was told by the branch I have to wait another 2weeks & the "new" phone will be without battery & back cover. After more phone calls the lady from the branch phoned but put the phone down on me, when I phoned back & asked her why she did that I was told that they can't phone me I must phone them. I've had good & bad experiences from Altech Autopage but this is the worst. All I expect is what I pay for every month a new phone in my possession. My next step Consumer Protection Commission

Phone for repairs in October 2013, still no phone
