Listed by MTN without warning

I had a two personal contacts with MTN. Toward the end of the contract i asked that the contract may be terminated. In deed the contracts were terminated. 6 months later i wanted to purchase a contract tablet from another supplier, i am notified that i have been handed over to Legal at MTN and cannot make any contracts. They never sent me emails, post letters or even bothered calling me to tell me that they are going to list me or hand my account over. I have been a loyal customer for the past two years not missing payments and I'm listed for missing one payment and not even notified that I'm being listed.
when i asked the call centre agent why i wasn't called she told me "we don't really call customers to notify them"
