After receiving an sms from MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS, i was asked to call 011 560 4338, after calling there, a very efficient agent assisted me. I was then referred to 011 560 4705 (VIRGIN THEMSELVES) and was summarily asked to call (011) 560 4734 again. WHY DO THE INCOMPETENT STAFF NOT UNDERSTAND, I AM LISTED AS A MEMBER ON THE PARTICULAR CONTRACT TAKEN IN 2011, NOT THE PAYER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCOUNT!!!
Last year, when i took out my NEW CONTRACT of which i am the PAYER TOO, the account is being paid. WHY DOES A COLLECTION AGENCY HAVE MY PERSONAL BANKING DETAILS FROM MY CONTRACT when that is supposed to be CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION??? They call me for a CONTRACT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, and GIVE ME INFORMATION ON MY NEW CONTRACT. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL. THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!
