Confused Invoicing and Client Service

I just received an sms that Nashua Mobile wants to send me a summons for an amount outstanding of R100. I checked my payments and noticed that I made payments as per what they sent me so this is very confusing. I also check my credit record and see that they listed me with late payments for the last month.

I phone them and I am told I am missing payment for my upgrade, but this is not listed on my general invoice and has a separate invoice. Why was I not told about this extra payment and why is it not listed on the general invoice.

Usually I get the single invoice and pay it. Why send me two invoices??? I generally do not get 2 invoices so I am definitely not looking out for a second one as I get the invoice for all 3 accounts on my usual single invoice. Then you guys treat me like a criminal for missing the second invoice and create havoc on my credit record???

So after being a customer for about 10 years with a good payment history, I am being told I am a problem client due to being R100 out on a payment that came on an invoice I did not see???

Luckily my personal contract finish next month. Cheers to you!
