Went to Vodacom Cresta 05/02/2012.Requested to convert an EXISTING data sim from prepaid to contract. I made it clear that I needed to use the modem that same day & requested the consultant (Salesman#9 known as Nhati) to confirm same would be ready for use. If he had just said it would not be possible, I would not even have gone through the hassle of going there wasting time & money. He guaranteed me it would be active by latest 1pm that day & would call me if any problems arose. No call & no activation. When I phoned the shop the consultants were not even sure if they had someone by the name Nhati working there. Eventually they confirmed he stepped out & would call me back. I am still waiting. I eventually contacted the store for a second time and spoke to a Bianca. She reassured me she would sort out the mess & call me back before 6pm. Still waiting. This morning I phoned the store & no one answered. I phoned 111 and the consultant requested me to phone 082111.I phoned 082111 and spoke to a consultant for 35 minutes who still could not help me even when talking to the store herself & saying I had to redo the application. Again phoned the shop & to hold on for 20min.
