Afternoon,

Once again I am extremely dissatisfied with Vodacom and it's partners (Cell u City - Waterfront). I am not a person who complains, but this is getting out of hand - the 5th time I have lodged a complaint with you in 2 years...

End of June 2013 I upgraded my package to a Smart L with the verbal confirmation from the sales lady that it's the same as the BBM that if you run out you can top up, 500 meg 500meg on the special. No where was it mentioned that the special last for only 3 months. Thus feeling secure at R 629.00 per month and it won't change until I top up, I trusted my statements.

To my disgust I opened the Jan 2014 statement at R 2800!!! mostly data as I apparently only get 250 meg and the "special" does not exist anymore and I am now paying open flat rates of R 2.20/meg - Almost 15 times the top up rates!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! Without notification or customer support asking or telling me to top up, "can we change your package "etc etc - This has been going on since October 2013 with no customer support or suggestions!!

No where on my signed contract does it state my gig size is, nor the special thus I think the onus
