INCORRECTLY BILLED 14 MONTHS AND RUNNING

I SIGNED UP A 2ND VODACOM CONTRACT FEB FOR A TABLET, ON A SPECIAL OFFER OF 349.00 P/M THE SPECIAL OFFER FOR THE TOP UP CONTRACT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN DEC 2011 AND FEB 2012 - IT ENTAILED THAT THE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE DEVICE AND ONLY BE REQUIRED TO PAY VODACOM 349.00 PER MONTH AS WHEN THE DATA WERE TO FINISH I WAS TO TOP UP MY DATA. THE DATA DID NOT FINISH AT 2 GIGS AS EXPLAINED IN THE CONTRACT, VODACOM ALLOWED IT TO RUN OVER AND BILLED ME EXTRA, FINALLY A SALES REP FROM CLEAR WATER MALL VODACOM CHANGED IT TO TOP UP AS PER MY REQUEST, THE CHANGE WAS SIGNED IN DEC 2012 AND EFFECTIVE FEB 2013, THE REASON I HAD TO APPROACH ANOTHER BRANCH WAS BECAUSE THE BEDFORDVIEW BRANCH REFUSED TO MAKE THE CHANGES, I AM STILL HOWEVER BEING BILLED THE EXTRA 220.00 PER MONTH NOT SET IN MY CONTRACT. I HAVE PAYED VODACOM IN EXCESS OF R4000.00 WHICH I AM NOT MEANT TO. I WOULD LIKE THE OMBUDSMANS DETAILS SO THAT I MAY TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER, AS VODACOM HAVE REFUSED TO RECTIFY THEIR ERROR
