MIRA014 charges on my CellC bill

I've just received my latest Cell-C itemised account and what a surprise - R356.70 of MIRA014 content service charges!! (R6.15 per SMS and approximately 5 per day since the 1st Dec to the 25th Dec).
I've never subscribed to any content service, or received any content SMS's. How do I stop this? Surely CellC cannot just add these charges to your account - this is unacceptable. I'm a pensioner on a government pension and their is no way that I can afford this. I also do not want a bad credit record.
CellC- how do I get these charges reversed and the service being stopped.
Other CellC clients should be warned about this illegal practises
