Almost a year and they still cant assist me

In March 2013, i went to telkom to request them to shift a pole that is in my yard; as it is obstructing where i want to construct.
A lady named Amanda Bester working there at Wayleave Management requested ne to forward her an email explaning my request. I did, i also sent follow up emails, and phone calls. To date nothing has happened, she will say she will call back and never do.
