Port takes over a week

I decided to port my number to telkom mobile and was assured it would take 72 hours. It's been over a week, it still has not been done, telkom mobile Sandton city's contact number is constantly engaged. Eventually after calling Zac every day from Monday (and him promising to call me back which he never did) Zac told me today I had given him the wrong information and that the port not happening was my fault and then hung up on me. He advised me I told him I was prepaid when I have been on a contract for over 10 years. What a shocking company. My number is still not ported, the staff never call back and the one that did hung up on me. I cannot believe I have just taken out a 24 month contract with a company of this calibre.
