NO NETWORK IN SANDTON

After numerous complaints and reports the network issue in sandton has not been fixed. I've been given a reference number but still no feedback provided. In the meantime, extra costs have been incurred on my account and yet I have not been using my device since there is no network to use. This is seriously pathetic service. A whole 3 weeks to have this issue resolved and still nothing has been done.
