Complains about network problems not being heard

I have logged numerous complaints about the poor network performance in the Sandton area, with no data throughput. On 7 Mar I logged a complained on hellopeter, and I have logged it with the call centre. I have ref no TT1758892 and TT1483587, both which have not been actioned or any updates provided to me. I know by reference of colleagues in the area that everyone is experiencing this problem on Cell C's network, but nothing is being done to keep us updated about the progress - initial contact is made and then nothing.
