Voice issue -3 weeks and 3 visits with no feedback

In February I purchased an iPhone 5 on contract with Cell C. Since then I have an issue where I can hear the other user, but they can only hear about every second or third word. This occurs when I have full signal, across all areas of the country and with users on all other networks and land lines.

Secondly my phone has also been dropping signal and displays no service (despite being in an area of service (even when another Cell C user with the same phone has signal standing next to me). This would require me to restart my phone in order to restore signal.

I logged a network issue at Sandton City Branch on the weekend of 8 June and filled in a very detailed form surrounding the issue. I did not receive a reference number, and was told I would be contacted within two weeks. Two weeks later I had still not received any feedback. Zama from the branch informed me that without a reference number or knowing who I spoke to they could give me any feedback on the issue. After further discussion and requests she informed me that I would be contacted by Mpho on Monday (24/06/13) to give me feedback.

To date I have not received any feedback and the issue. Please assist urgently.
