Am chuffed with Afrihost mobile customer service. Had a double billing error that occured on my account. It was ptomptly dealt with and with ease, all through e-mail. Issue was reported on Sunday afternoon, within 30 minutes I got a response, was told to send another one to relevant department and by Monday afternoon the problem was resolved. Keep up the excellent work guys!!!
