To by Telkom twice!!!

I called Telkom to ask them to move my phoneline/adsl under the ground, because when they installed it a year ago at R700 or so cost to me they thought it wise to run the line from my roof to the Telkom pole. Monkeys have now made climbing this line as part of their daily exercise routine which causes my internet to drop constantly. I called Telkom twice to ask them to come out and see to the issue and put the line under the ground as I originally requested and was pleased when not one but two consultants advised that there would be no charge for this as the line is their responsibility. After a few days of waiting I called and waited to get through to a consultant who then advised the procedure will be to come out and THEN tell me I will need to buy and install conduit piping from their line to my house before they will do anything. When I asked why on the recorded conversation was I not told that originally, I was advised that the previous consultants did not know what they were talking about. REF 88220/26-050214 & 88168*14-02-05LAU26 I challenge Telkom to take responsibility and review the consumer act, if not, you can bet your bottom dollar I will be taking this matter further!
