Worst service received ever

In short, I allocated 1 gig of data to my account in November 2013, received confirmation of activation and the whole standard procedure as normal, since I'm not new to this process. Towards end of November I received notification off above normal high account, which I immediately queried. Consaltint locked query to be investigated and confirmed the data bundle is active and will reflect next month, needles to say, I purchased one off data to ensure account doesn't increase more. Next month I just double checked everything and found only 500mb was assigned to account although account stipulates 1 gig is active, another query was locked. since then up too today, I haven't had one word off feedback, I contacted accounts more than 12 times, with same response and no results or feedback. They cut off my phone 3 times, I get numerous notifications, but no one will do the effort to find out what is the problem, Every time the response is we will mail and inform them, this has been 2 and half months and to date, the feedback and response is non exsisting, I have to call accounts twice a week, and the result the same. Incompetent, clueless and clearly not able to provide any service.
