My Z10 blackberry stopped working to a software failure (for no reason and through no fault of mine)

MTN have decided that the phone needs to be replaced but they are supplying me with a refurbished phone, how dare they do this? The phone was less than a year old - what problems am I know going to pick up with a "refurbished" phone, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I demand a new phone

Apparently this is an agreement between Blackberry and MTN, this is extortion, bottom line your product was faulty, replace it! Nnot with some second hand item that is also going to give me problems
