Cell C
Not So Fast At All

I have two contracts with Cell C and subscribe to the speed stick service they provide. The problem is the service is no where near as fast as it used to be. For the last two weeks it has been painfully slow in accessing the internet. I know by previous experience that Cell C will not return my requests for assistance on their website. They ignore you. Is Cell C in breach of contract, if the service they market as the fastest in SA, is actually not?
