Outrageous Bills after CLEAR indications of limits

A week before Christmas, I had decided to finally re-new my on-going contract with Nashua. I have already been a client for /- 7 years now, so i was looking forward to having my contract upgraded. I had clearly mentioned to the sales rep (Denzel) that i couldnt afford anything more than R300. He promised that a limit (as per all my previous contracts) had been placed on my account. Now i have to deal with Kgomotso and Dorcas as this is the second month i have received a bill for more than R800!!! The first bill can explained... the second bill for R1800??? How is this even possible??? As a consumer, i really am so frustrated after been told 1 thing and clearly something else is going on here... I would like to know who exactly will be held accountable for this ridiculous bill as i have NO intentions of EVER paying for this!
