Cell C
CELL C! No No No in East London

Anyone considering buying Cell C Internet stick in the East London area - Please be warned!!! l their reception is beyond shocking. I've tried and tried and tried and now losing patience :(
I've actually moved across four different houses in the area and the reception in all of them have been poor. I can barely open an email - that's how slow it is. Does anyone have an idea how or if I can return the product to cell C? Surely it's a breech of their contract if they cannot provide a service they are advertising and we paying so much more??? I've called customer care on numerous occasions to log a fault complaint - but no luck either. Actually - to even make this statement online I have to use my cellphone because its too slow to log on to this website. Someone please help... My 8-ta one was working so well - but bought the cell c one (R1800 once off) as it was slightly cheaper and figured since cell C is older than 8 ta I would get better service - but I was wrong...
