I purchased a speed stick from Cell C. I was great, speed, billing everything. I promoted Cell C with all my friends and my whole family switched to Cell C. Then the forced firmware upgrade came. Suddenly, the speed stick reliability is gone, it is slow and worst of all. I can't buy data online any more or check my account. It was a click of a button. The new software doesn't make provision for it. So while you download, you can't check your bundle any more or buy if you see you are going to run out. Their web site doesn't allow you to buy online as well. The speed stick can't do calls. The technical team recon you must move the sim card every time you need bundle to a phone, buy and reinstall it in the speed stick. Other than that, there is no way. So your download is gone.
This is a step backwards and the call center said everybody is complaining now, but can't tell me when they will have a solution. This is bad. From a super service to it is your problem. Johan
