Cell C
VERY SLOW MODEM, 21Mbps running at 3.3Mbps

Now a week back 2/3/2013 i made a huge mistake to use the cell C in Carnival mall for my upgrade, the place must be called Carnival Mall Cell C. I asked for a new 24gb prepaid with the fast modem 21mbps. The sales person explained that if any thing is wrong with the modem i can Exchange it within 7 days after that it will be send for repaairs. I used the modem with 100 % cover and the speed is a third of my old slower stick, i did a test on your app and my best was 3.2mbps down load and .55mbps upload, how bad is that all other networks beats that, and Cell c says they are the fastest.

On Friday 8/3/2013 i took it back to Cell C Carnivall mall, I never wanted a new modem just help because it was that slow. The lady that first helped me was Rose, she asked me what must she do so i asked her to at least test it and see how slow it is.
