Poor service poor feedback

We are a retirement hotel in Randburg. Elderly residents need to communicate with their families and viceversa. Doctors and suppliers also need to make contact with the Retirement Hotel and their residents.

Some time ago Vodacom installed a booster to improve cellphone reception. The booster has stopped working. We logged several queries, but to no avail. Eventually a technician phoned us and stated that Vodacom has "run out" of boosters... Vodacom running out of boosters!!

We are still waiting for some assistance and help. Our residents are cut off from their loved ones.
