Im actually zana22 and writing this from my husband's login because i will not be able to write anything again for 5 days. I just got off the phone with Brain who is nothing short of rude, arrogant and has no form of telephonic courtesy whatsoever. If you previously recall, my phone went in four times for repairs, Brain still has the audacity to call me and tell me i need to go in yet again to "test" if what im saying is true. SO after four times are you calling me a? Then still has an even bigger audacity to try and use my own lines on me and tell me to "let him speak, " while raising his voice at me in a condesnding tone. Im the cheated and frustarted client, you will keep quite and listen to me! Then even tells me, "i don't know what else to do." Do wat rodney initially promised and give me a new phone! What code of conduct does autopage have? u take my money, your staff have no manners and you wasting my money making me run up and down for what is mine! Is autopage compensating me for this loss? Am i getting petrol allowances to go up and down? Again stay away from this cellular provider, expect nothing from head office esp Brian and il keep everyone updated.
