Vodacom signal failure... pathetic

Ok so i have complained close to 8 months now about the drop in signal that i keep getting with my vodacom contracts and have only been told that they are aware of the problem and are going to put up a tower but no date can be given as to where and when, guys this needs to be resolved NOW, send out a technician and have a signal booster installed, i live in a complex and am sure this will benifti all the residents there of which most are probably vodacom. my ipad, phone contract, wifi modem, pay as you go sim are all suffering due to this i even recently took out a cellc contract because vodacom cant assist me. what make things even more pathetic is that vodaworld is 3km from my house, if you cant provide service so close to that how the can you provide service to surounding areas... come on a market leaders i am sure you can resolve this, if not i will go to the CPA and that a promise.
