Vodacom poor signal

Been a customer with vodacom since 1999, we have always struggled with poor reception but could get by with our telkom lines, now telkom it seems are not repairing their farm lines anymore. We are now stuck without communication and safety wise is is a serious problem. Tried vodacom customer care couple of times, they give you the run around for 3 weeks saying their technicians are looking in to it and in the end refer you to a private company for airials or boosters.

Let me be clear if vodacom do not or can not help with a booster, i wil not be renewing my contract come July 2013. MTN have helped people in the area why not vodacom?
