After service extremely poo

I applied for internet which was promptly installed within two weeks of application in Dec 2013. However, hardly a week later, there was no service before we had even had chance to use it (we checked on the first weekend we were home) I reported the fault with ref 454CTK02114 on 2/1/2014. on 7/1/2014 I got text to say fault had been resolved although no technician had come on site. I again logged a fault online as well as a complaint because given that there was no usage since installation, I did not expect to be billed (assuming the system shows usage) Today I am in receipt of an invoice dated 19january2014 of ZAR1509.65 to be debited on Feb 10th. I am wondering what am I paying for. Telkom Wonderpark was not helpful referring us to 10210 needless to say the service there is also sluggish there is a gentleman who seems very bored with his job as he responds at a snail pace with a frown and no courtesy, I am wondering if he has legs as I have never seen him in any active position other than lumped backward on a chair behind the computer the several times I was there. interestingly, my original landline was reported non-functional earlier in Dece 2013 too 229CTZ61213 to date
