Vodacom messed up my account BIG time

I upgraded last year and I got the SMART lite contract with extra sms's, minutes and data, it was a special. I had a R300 limit on my phone and a extra 500 sms bundle. My phone started blocking too quickly due to my higher use of data.
I went to Vodacom several times and asked them to remove the 500 sms bundle and replace it with a 250mb data bundle and remove the limit on the phone. Several times I was told it was changed but nothing is changed.

My phone blocked last month on the 3rd, even though i had minutes, sms and data left? I was told it is because the limit and sms bundle was removed and my phone will only work the 1st of march again (which by the way sounds like a terrible lie). So it started working today, but now my data connection doesn't work. My bill is already R580 and last month I had too pay double the contract fee, for some obscure reason. Everytime they tell me its fixed and sorted but nothing happens. If Vodacom doesnt correct this ASAP, I will cancel my contract and refuse to pay the cancelation fee. They can take the phone back. I will get a new contract with MTN.

This is utterly poor service. I pay for the contract but can't use it?
