In the beginning of the month i upgrade my cellphone contract. I had upgraded to a samsung.
Coming from a Blackberry i wasnt sure as to how much data i would need for the month. The consultant said she would load a 500mb data bundle for me. A couple days into the month my contract got soft locked as i had reached my call limit. I had phoned the call centre and they told me Kiara had not loaded the data bundle and that i have been using my "airtime" as data hence i had reached my call limit. I had no choice to increase my limit for the month and take another data bundle.

I have spoken to Kiara and she assured me of a refund on the account via the manager. Its been almost 3 weeks and i have not been contacted regarding this. This is terrible service from this branch...
