Fault logged 29 Nov 2013. Problem persists today!!

My Telkom ADSL connection goes down intermittently. My router's red LED comes on to show the line is down. Reported this on 29 Nov 2013 (Fault 199CWK291113).

Two Telkom technicians tried to fix the problem, by changing a jack in my house. This didn't fix the problem.

My DSL circuit goes down typically 5-10 times per day, since then.

Despair I do.
