NOT RESPONDING TO THE REPORTED FAULT CORRECTLY

I reported an internet access problem to my ISP (Axxess) who advised me that the attenuation on my telephone circuit carrying my ADSL service is too high. This was communicated to Telkom on 19/03/2013 Ref: 3BNK19032013. A Field Tech. came to my residence on 20/03/2013 and proved a fault into a cable between two street boxes. on 22/03/2013 I received an SMS from Telkom that the service had been restored, but it was not satisfactory, so I ignored the SMS. After no further action on their part, I sent a message via the Telkom complaints line, and received a NEW Ref: 100CNK28032013, Again I received an SMS, which was again ignored, then received telephone calls about my satisfaction, I stated repeatedly that the VOICE component of the service was partially (intermittently noisy) working, but that the high attenuation problem was not resolved.
Today (11/04/2013) at 08h50 I received yet another SMS advising me that there is no problem, but the attenuation problem has NOT been resoved.
