I called your customer care line today at about 14.20 spoken to Allister. I explained my problem to him. He dealt with me as if im a child and kept repeating himself, when I asked him to stop repeating himself, he then shouted at me saying that respect must be earned.
I find this service totally unacceptable and expect a senior manager to listen to the call recording and to call me back urgently.
