Further to my instruction to Nashua Mobile on 21/03/13 for my service to be cancelled at the end of the contract term and migrated to MTN prepaid due to the ordeals I endured over several years that included 1) cutting my line in the past even though I made payment 2) draconian credit processes where small things like a request for a basket of SMS' had to go through more 3) more grief in having my sim card unlocked for international roaming 4) callous call centre agents

On 31/05/13, the line was disconnected (instead of being migrated to MTN prepaid) without notification. When I called them, i explained the situation and was told by yet another callous call centre agent using big words to try and intimidate me, that I requested for the contract (not line) to be terminated. When I explained that further on their form, I asked for the line to be migrated to MTN prepaid, she went silent and promised to have it switched back on and call me back on Friday 31May. Im still waiting.

Its clear that Nashua Mobile operates like a mafia - if they can't retain a subscriber, they'll do all in their power to cut the subscriber by the knees.

I EXPECT THE LINE SWITCHED BACK ON, TODAY
