After repeating my ID number 5 times to different operators, repeating the same information ad nauseum- "there are only white cables at the back of the decoder. So are there blue and green. No only white. Is there a yellow one. NO- ONLY WHITE!! "Etc. They should be trained to LISTEN. And the voice prompt system is pathetic- it could be shortened by half. I am cancelling my HD PVR dual view premium subscrpition- I have had enough.
