Each of contract

Im a payer for a service I get but this whole thing with elite mobile and Vodacom and it agents is ridicules.
An agent from elite mobile called my brother to get him to sign up for a contract and pay R75 per month but he couldn't take it as a scholar so he asked me, I said to the agent I will take it on some conditions which is, a proof of contract, statement to be sent via email every month but I didn't receive nothing! They switched of his caller identity
Without informing me, I was never told this on the sale with T&S, now we ask what going on, they say I must add more money a month! Illegal!!! I wanted an explanations but no one wants to help, Zenobia Erasnus (agent) is rude and about my info, Njongo Nyanai (assistance manager) is useless, busy repeating everything that Zenobia, asked for a call from A Manager (Thandi Mngoma) she never called me, Retha Khoatla (AGENT) has no idea what she doing there, Lenecia Fredericks (Assistance Manager) HAS NO IDEA HOW TO HELP A CLIENT OR LISTEN TO THERE QUERY! I want action on all this people!
