The client service of Nashua Mobile is disgusting! I went in to get my contract updated (first time) and was helped by a very rude consultant. She proceeded with our papers, after we asked her to upgrade phone, we realised that we required an additional line. So we went back, explained that all the "services" under the signed number was to be moved to the NEW line. She assured us that she understood. 2 months later the want to charge me a R1700 migration fee, and have now taken the liberty to charge me for 2 phones, to lines and 2 Blackberry BBM, plan that I don't want. I want ONE blackberry plan with BBM and R100 airtime. My old line isn't even using a BB its in an iPhone after I went to Nashua Ballito to get a sim swap done! Its been 2 months and now Senior Management has said no to my cancellation request because its my fault! They have useless consultants and managers id say! We responded to every client service sms and phoned head office to complain. but all the care about is money and making their consultants look good! Now they costing me money!

Revolting, useless bunch! ESPECIALLY in Ballito. Even mentioning Senior Management in Head Office. HAVE SOME CLIENT RESPECT!
