Fantastic Service from MTN

My Wife's phone died on the weekend and we decided to look at new phones and wait for my contract to come to full expiry. We were served by Thobs and he was very patient and explained the new products offered by MTN. I ask a lot of questions and scenarios - he made me feel welcome and helped me select a package that suited my needs. I wasn't expecting to get a phone that day, but I made a decision (and a good decision) to upgrade my contract a little early. He was not on duty on Monday or Tuesday, but as we were in a rush on the sunday - He made provision for me to do a sim swop yesterday afternoon.

Amazing service - After being a MTN client for 16 years. Im happy to be a part of the family.
