I upgraded on Saturday 21/09/2013. I specifically asked if I must cancel my own BIS, and was assured that everything is done by Autopage. I received and sms stating a migration request has been made. On Sunday I phoned Customer Care to make to query when exactly the change of package will occur and I was told that my BIS will be cancelled as soon as I request it. So I decided to rather go back to Autopage on Monday to see where the communication gap was. On Monday at Autopage I was told that I must just be patient, it should occur any moment during that day. Again nothing. Yesterday, I sent a query to Customer Care via the net and was informed that my contract will change 17 October 2013. I then again phoned Autopage Vaalpark to query this information as none of this was communicated to me. I was THEN informed that my contract will change on 11 November 2013? So basically also only when my contract expires. I upgraded early cause my Blackberry is really past its due date, but now I cannot use my new phone, as my BIS is still on and I don't have data. Why give the option to upgrade early, but my contract only changes when my contract expires? That makes NO sense.
