Contract upgrade - Poor service

I would like to express my frustration with Cell C Galleria branch. My contract is up for renewal 01 May and I asked if it would be possible to upgrade a month early, and on three separate occasions I received three different answers. I completed all documentation at their request and the assistant working on Sunday informed me that it would be no problem to upgrade early, and that the documentation would just have to be sent to H/O for approval but she didn't think there would be any issues. I was told that I would be contacted on Wednesday for confirmation and I am yet to hear anything. A family member of mine happened to collect her contract yesterday afternoon and that is when they informed her that pushing my contract a month early would not be possible. They did not bother to inform me (the client) about this. My frustration is not due to the fact that I could not get my upgrade early, my frustration is due to the fact that the staff told me conflicting stories, no facts were presented correctly and there is a lack of communication on their part. Why can the staff hold phones for certain "VIP clients" and not for others with ordinary contracts. This is very poor service.
