Time to change back to the old couriers

I really am horrified with the time it has taken to deliver my handset.

You really made a big mistake changing couriers, or atleast thats the excuse I'm getting when I call, SEVERAL times every day to fnid out where my handset is.

First I hear its going to the wrong branch, then I hear the courier has it and its on route, then I hear they dont have it at all!!!

Whats going on here guys??

I want my handset before the end of business today as I was promised!
