Lack of response on network issue

I logged a network TT (3090300163) with Cell C on the 3 of September 2013 at 6:19 regarding the network trouble i had been having since i got my phone in January 2013. the network is really bad and I always get call failure and missed call notification. i was told upgrades to the network was currenttly being done and someone will call me end of September. end of October no one called me and had to log a new network TT (310210264) on 21 october 2013. a technician came to my place of residience on 8 january and advised the network in my area was fine and that someone would provide me with feedback in a few weeks. No one has called me and i called Cell C 3 feb 2014. i was told someone would call me before the cob. someone only called me yesterday and i requested to be called back after 5min and they did not. today i called cell c and was put through to 5 different people and no one could help. i also do not receive my statements automatically via email i always have to call every month to request it. both issues are so frustrating and totally unacceptable. no one is willing to be held accountable
