Bad network whole weekend

I hav cell c on my black berry 9360 it a 3g phone, i hav had endless network problems with dis network, we I call cell c they say there no prpoblem with network and the best part is I'm not the only person that has a problem wit dis network, I buy BIS bt most of there time I can't even chat, I no network almost everyday my number is 0744220258
