I've been having the most disgusting signal problems on the Cell C network for over a month now. there has been back and forth communication but nothing has been done for a further two weeks. On my initial call I was told that there were problems with the network in the Pietermaritzburg area. I submitted a network form and after 8 days nobody has contacted me to set up a consultation. In the meantime my phone has been rendered useless essentially. Its frustrating and sickening to say the least
