Bad customer service EVER

I have never in my life seen such bad service. I take my phone to the Durban Vodacom Repair center (14/01/2014) and they tell me it will take 7-10 working days for me to receive my phone back which i waited 16 days there after so i called and 1ST speak to Tracy on the which she then tell e to call the JHB branch and find out why they where taking so long to give me an answer on my credit which i then think its not my duty as a customer to call but because i needed my phone so bad i took the number and called. Upon calling the JHB branch they tell me to give the store a reference number and they can tell me what the credit is. So then call the store back and get Unsia on the line OMFW!!! she is absolutely unless does not know what she is taking about and tells me there is nothing she can do.. Are you kidding me!!! Afre me telling her to follow up and get back to me which i am still awaiting for her to call me i then call back today (05/02/2014) and still they have not received the Credit. Now i am VERY VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE LEVEL AND I DON'T HAVE A FLIPPING PHONE. NOW ITS IT THAT HARD TO FOLLOW UP ON A QUERY AND GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR A CUSTOMER!!!
