Repair of the phone for 90 days and Replacement

My phone (HTC Wildfire S) was been booked for repair three time in row from of March - to - May 2013 for freezes and downloading of the software at The Glen Cell C ' store and it was keep on coming back still freeze. For the 3rd time, I took it back to the store and I asked them if they can't give me another for as it seems like they can't fix/repair the phone, the answer from Customer service was to call the Repair centre regarding that, which I did it, But they told me to rebook the phone for the 3rd times.
On the 2nd of May, I when back to Store for collection of replacement phone as per call from store. The phone was not the same as the back cover I had and the condition was bad, I inform the server at the store that I'm not happy with the condition of the phone at all, She asked me to call the Repair centre as they can't able to help me regarding that. I call the call centre for them to put me through to the Repair centre where I was on hold for over 30 minutes and manage to speak to the guy who told me that his name is Denver of the repair centre who asked me to hold on after taking my details and cell number down. As I was on hold, I got cut off, I call the call centre
