On 18/4/2013 I sent an sms for a credit application. After a day or so I have not received any feedback and asked my daughter to phone and find out why this is taking so long. First time she called and was informed it takes about 48hours. The second time she was informed that I needed to fill in credit application forms otherwise the application will just keep on showing as pending. I completed the forms and handed them in on 22/4/2013 at the Bellville Branch. Again waited a few days and my daughter called yet again and was told the branch only faxed through half the documents, but they will call and ask them to resend it. After waiting a day or two she phoned again to be told the same story by the consultant. Is this now standard procedure to receive incomplete application forms and then just not to follow up on it with the relevant branch or is it just another way of telling a customer you application has been turned down and don't bother us again?
