On Thursday the 28 August (last week Wednesday) i go into the branch to apply for an upgrade to my credit card cause i was told they don't do upgrades over the phone??? ( funny enough) they increase and decrease over the phone??? so i make time to go to the branch in kings mead Durban and apply for the upgrade and was told that i qualify for the upgrade and would get a call within 2-3days which never happened and it's the 6th day now and i had to call the customer care to follow up which I was that told my application was never sent through and they don't have my application on their system, i should go back to the branch and go look for the consultant that assist me??? What the??? now i must take time off again to go look for this person??? who did not do her job properly??? Then I call the branch to speak to the manager of the branch and guess what the phone just rings and rings??? Really upset and disgusted with the level of service and the so called customer service of the customer care department and the kings mead branch??? What happened to going the EXTRA MILE!!!
