Phoned this morning to get a progress report on my phone and the lady said that they waiting for spares to fix my battery that does not want to charge, that is not the main problem. My problem is the phone does not read any sim card, the second problem was that the charging cable is not charging the phone, other cables do charge the phone. I had the phone for one month when the sim problem surfaced, took it to a accredited dealer, he could not fix it. Phoned them to report the problem, they said they will come and fetch the phone, waited a week and nothing happened, phoned again and the previous complain went lost in the system, the second time Virgin could only arrange for a pick-up in Jan 2014 as all couriers were on leave over the festive season. They only came and pick-up the phone on 13-01-2014, sounds like they going to fix the wrong defect. I'm paying every month for something that i haven't had the joy of really using with a change that its not going to be fixed and the process starting all over. My loyalty is losing patience with their inconsistent service. The only consistence is their stop order every month.
